01What we collect

When you fill in the Start form: your name, business name, email, phone number, what your business does, your current website if you have one, and the plan you picked.

When you pay: payments are handled by Stripe. Your card number goes straight to Stripe and never reaches us. Stripe tells us your name, email, billing details, the type and last four digits of your card, and whether the payment went through.

While we build your site: what you tell us on the discovery call and what you send us, such as your logo, photos, videos and the websites you like.

When you browse: we don't use analytics, tracking pixels, ads or cookies. Like every website, our hosting provider receives the basic technical details needed to show you the pages, such as your IP address and browser type. If you leave the payment page without paying, your form answers are kept in your own browser tab so you don't have to type them again. They're gone when you close the tab.

02How we use it

To reply to you, take your payment, build and run your site, send receipts and messages about your plan, and keep the records the law requires for payments and taxes.

We don't add you to a newsletter or marketing list.

03Who handles it

We don't sell your information or share it for advertising. A few services handle it for us so the site and your plan work:

• Stripe processes payments and keeps your saved card for the monthly plan.
• Cloudflare hosts the website, checks forms for bots and processes them.
• Notion stores your form answers and project notes for our team.
• Our email provider carries the emails between us.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

04How long we keep it

Questions from people who didn't buy: for as long as they're useful, and we delete them whenever you ask.

Customers: for as long as you have a plan with us. Payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, usually seven years.

05Your choices

You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@p2.net and we'll take care of it. Some payment records can't be deleted early because the law requires us to keep them.

We don't track you across other websites, so there's nothing for your browser's “Do Not Track” setting to switch off.

06Children

This site is for businesses. It isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us their details, email us and we'll delete them.

07Changes and contact

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
