The monthly plan starts when your site goes live and renews each month until you cancel. Cancel any time by email; your site stays up until the end of the month you paid for. The setup fee is refunded in full if you cancel before your discovery call. Prices in US dollars.

Our next 17 customers get half off the setup fee. A spot is yours once your setup fee is paid. When the spots are gone, the regular setup prices apply. The monthly price is the same either way.
Usually about a week from your discovery call to your mockup, then a few days for changes and launch. It depends on how fast we get your photos and answers.
Tell us what's off and we'll rework it. That's what the rounds of changes are for, and we'd rather get it right than have you settle.
No. If you don't have one, we'll help you buy it in your name, so it's yours either way. Domains usually cost $10 to $20 a year, paid to the registrar.
Your own photos work best, even from a phone. If you have none, we use licensed stock photos until you do. MKLB can also shoot them for you.
We do, from your answers, your reviews and what you tell us. You approve everything before it goes live.
Yes. Each plan includes edit time every month. Send us what you want changed and we take care of it.
Yes, in full, if you cancel before your discovery call. After the call we start designing and writing your site, so the setup fee can't be refunded from then on.
Your site stays up until the end of the paid month. Your domain, logo, photos and words stay yours.
